Ron Bissetta Joins Synensys as our Rural Health Transformation Consultant, bringing more than 35 years of healthcare consulting, business transformation, and strategic advisory experience to our team.
Throughout his distinguished career, Ron has helped shape healthcare strategy and transformation initiatives for some of the nation’s leading insurers, health plans, and healthcare organizations. His leadership experience includes senior roles at Optimity Advisors, HP Enterprise Services, Navigant Consulting, Accenture, Cap Gemini, and Ernst & Young, where he guided complex programs focused on healthcare delivery, operational improvement, technology modernization, and organizational transformation.
While Ron’s experience spans some of the largest organizations in the healthcare industry, his passion has always centered on a simple but important question:
How can we help people stay healthy, independent, and connected to their communities before health challenges become health crises?
This mission is especially important in rural America, where patients often face barriers to accessing timely care. Ron is a strong advocate for proactive, community-based healthcare models that support veterans, aging populations, and underserved communities. His work focuses on enabling providers, health systems, and communities to coordinate care more effectively, improve health outcomes, and build a more sustainable healthcare system for the future.
With a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and an MBA in Finance from St. John’s University, Ron combines strategic vision, analytical expertise, and deep industry knowledge with a genuine commitment to improving lives.
