Healthcare safety management system contractor, Synensys, is proud to continue their partnership with the Defense Health Agency (DHA) (Legacy Navy) Patient Safety Specialist Support Program for a 3rd year. Synensys has served as the Prime contractor since 2019 in partnership with Credence Management Solutions. Tina Whitby, Synensys Program Manager said,
