Synensys, LLC, in partnership with R&K Enterprise Solutions, Inc., is proud to announce the award of the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Patient Safety Program contract for Military Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs). This award consolidates two major legacy patient safety contracts for select U.S. Air Force and U.S. Navy MTFs into a unified effort to advance patient safety across the Military Health System (MHS). The awarded contract encompasses 72 personnel across the MHS.
